Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped on the same day as the order and no later than 3 working days after order confirmation and payment receipt. It is possible to indicate urgency in the order comments. If possible, your order will be prioritized.

The standard shipping methods offered by Les-papiers-de-Lucas are "priority letter" with tracking by LaPoste©, tracked Colissimo©, Colissimo relay©, UPS, and Chronopost© before 1 PM or 6 PM.

We will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track your package online via Colissimo© or Colissimo relay© services.

Shipping your package can be handled by Colissimo relay©. This delivery method offers an interesting alternative in case of recipient absence: the package is kept at the nearest relay point, allows for immediate interaction(*) with it, and avoids complications with national carriers' returns. Colissimo relay© is also more cost-effective while maintaining the same service reliability.

(*) The relay point is generally the local post office or a nearby convenience store.

The relay point is not intended to store your package for long periods. Therefore, do not wait too long to collect it. Additionally, it is important to enter valid phone numbers on the client form, as the carrier uses them to notify you of deliveries (Colissimo relay© and Chronopost communicate via SMS). Notify us quickly if you entered an incorrect number while your package is in transit; we will attempt to track it and inform you.

Shipping cost participation includes packaging and postal fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders; therefore, you will need to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk. However, Les-papiers-de-Lucas takes special care in packaging the products.

REDUCED SHIPPING COSTS: If the weight and volume of your package allow, you can choose "priority letter without tracking" at the end of the order to reduce shipping costs for France, Andorra, Corsica, Monaco, and some EU countries. In this case, tracking and receipt acknowledgment are absent. The priority letter meets the weight (max 2 kg) and volume (max 3 cm thick) requirements; a large-format paper order requires roll packaging and cannot be sent as a "priority letter."

Special Case: For an exclusive order of cards, origami sheets, or masking tape, the "priority letter without tracking" shipping method is proposed by default for France and EU countries. The same applies to any package not exceeding 3 cm in thickness.

You can choose Colissimo© for delivery tracking or Chronopost© [for France, Monaco, and Corsica] for fast delivery at the end of the order.
